More snow, sledding, and snowmen

This is what we did all afternoon today...sled down the hills and then Thomas would always get a ride back up...notice the look on my face! I was pooped! Great way to work out!

This is hilarious! Thomas wanted to sled by himself...we had no idea he would go sooo fast! We did have someone down the hill to catch him, thank goodness! There is a lake at the bottom of the hill!

Thomas and Lily got to play in snow for the second time in a month. So far we've gotten about 7 inches and it is still snowing. It seems to snow and then sleet or something like it and then snow again. The roads are really covered this time and compacted with ice and snow. Don't think we will be getting out as easily this time. Lily got out and played a little. She was so bundled up, she could barely move! She reminded me of the kid on "The Christmas Story!" She didn't really know what to think. I think she would have liked to play in it if she could have moved!

Lily getting ready for her surgery to put tubes in her ears...

This past Thursday Lily had her first surgery. She got tubes placed in both ears. She did wonderfully. We feel so blessed that this was her first surgery given her very tiny beginning but it was still a little nerve racking waiting for it to be over. Thanks for all your prayers for her! It was super fast!

Christmas morning...we all waited patiently for Thomas to wake up before going downstairs, so I could get pictures of the two of them together, but about 7:45 I heard a noise, and the little stinker had quietly gone downstairs without telling us! Too funny!!!

We had a wonderful Christmas being able to celebrate all together as a family. We enjoyed seeing our family and some great friends. Hope you all had a great Christmas and that your New Year is off to a great start!
